Users With No Data In Their Profile

There may be times when you troubleshoot issues regarding users not being in an audience that they should be in. The quickest solution would be to manually add them to an audience. If you notice that the user profile has a lot of missing information such as Department, Training Track, etc., please follow the steps below so that the user's data will fill during the next sync (Workday syncs with Learn@HubSpot twice daily at 630am and 630pm EST - refer to this article for the fields that get sent from Workday to Learn@HubSpot).

Users With No Data In Their Profile

1. Navigate to the user profile.

2. Search for the user you want to check.

3. Click the user's name to open and view their profile.

4. Under User details, click Edit Profile.

5. Check if the checkbox for HR import? is selected. If it's not, select the checkbox.

6. Scroll down and click the Optional dropdown menu.

7. Get the user's ID from Workday and insert it into the ID number field.

8. Scroll down and click the Update profile button.
