The user's profile is akin to a HubSpot contact record - it contains key properties of the user. Oftentimes, a user does not show up in an Audience because their user fields do not meet the Audience's rules. So, you will need to access a user's profile to cross-check the user's fields and the Audience's rule sets.
Check a User Profile
1. In Learn@HubSpot, click the settings gear icon
in the top right corner, then click Users.Please note: you can also navigate to Users by selecting it from the Site Administration menu > Users > Browse list of users on the left sidebar menu found on any course page.
2. Search for the user you want to check.
3. Click the user's name to open and view their profile.
