With 10 global offices, HubSpot is very focused on growing our reach and scaling our efforts while ensuring our global employees stay connected to each other. We've found that when our global teams collaborate, share ideas and observations, we are better equipped to help our customers grow their businesses. 

You will be traveling to your region's training "Hub" where you will meet your peers and learn about the foundations of HubSpot.

Staying in Dublin

Transportation

HubSpot will book and pay for your airline ticket based on the dates you select on the travel information sheet. We will do our best to get non-stop flights to/from Dublin with your preferred seating arrangement. It is possible that the airline will not allow us to choose specific preferred seats, but you will be able to claim a seat upon check-in at the airport. You will receive your flight information directly from the travel agency so please look for it.

 

Accommodation

HubSpot will reserve and pay for your hotel while attending new hire training.  You will have a room at the Clayton hotel.   The Clayton Inn is a 5-10 minute walk from the office. If you will be having guest visit while you are in Dublin, please notify the hotel so that they may also receive a key.

 

Meals

You are able to expense your meals while attending training in the Dublin office. Please be sure to use good judgement! Breakfast and lunch are provided in the office daily and there are numerous snack options in the office kitchens. Please be sure to keep your receipts!

Expenses

While you are traveling for training you are able to expense your taxi to and from the airport. Once you start, you will have access to a tool called Concur which you will use to submit your expenses for reimbursement. Once again, just remember to keep your receipts.

The office is located right beside a number of commuter links depending on where you want to go.

Leap Card is a convenient way to pay for public transport services in Dublin ( and other locations)


Train

Plan your journey through the Irish Rail Site Docklands station and Connolly Station are closest to the office

Buses

Dublin Bus is the main link to the city and outskirts with stops just around the corner from the office .  Bus Eireann would provide links further afield than Dublin

Luas

The Luas is our over the ground tram system

Major Square NCI is the name of the stop around the corner from the office the runs on the red line.

Bike

You can bike to work and leave your bike in the bike racks provided in the basement. There is also showers in the basement as well with towels provided.
