TRAINING TIMELINE

HubSpot's Intern Training Program

 

To help prepare you for what lies ahead, study the timeline below. 

With Covid 19 and the current state of the world, we are hosting your intern experience fully remote! This means we will leveraging our incredible tech stack, from Slack messaging to Zoom video you will be joining our entire company of 3,600+ people in support our customers, employees, and each other from home.

    Day 1

    New Hire Orientation

    What to expect, How to join, and how to dress.

    Please join us via zoom video . you will have reiveced a protected zoom link and full scheudle in a email from internorientation@hubspot.com

    For those of you with some "first day jitters" about what to wear, rest assured we don't expect you to wear a suit. Be advised that business casual is completely acceptable. As a general rule of thumb, we advise to "Use Good Judgement". You'll learn more about what this means when you arrive. In the interim if you have any doubts, opt to over dress rather than under dress.

    Day 2

    Intern & Co-Op Training Program

    The HubSpot Fundamentals

    A firm grasp of why we do what we do and how we do what we do is the fundamental ingredient for success at HubSpot.

    During these first 2 days, you'll get an opportunity to learn about what HubSpot is and what the heck Inbound Marketing is. You will also gain exposure to our culture, HubSpot Leadership as well as build a strong network of peers! You will also have the opportunity to hear from past interns that have become successful HubSpotters and get out in Boston and have some fun! This program is meant to give you the foundational knowledge needed to crush your intern experience here at HubSpot.

    Time to go kick some butt!

    Now that you're familiar in all things HubSpot, it's time to go join your team!

    On Day 3, you'll jump into your internship or Co_Op and experience all that HubSpot has to offer. Remember all the advice you've been given over the past few days and take this experience by the horns!
