I don't have a software or tool I need. What should I do?

Talk to your manager to make sure you are supposed to have it, and submit a ticket via HelpSpot if so. The IT team will be happy to help.
You can also reference this wiki about vendor management and how to request a new tool.

I have a question about a tool not listed here. What should I do?

We're working hard to build out this resource, and more videos will be added in time. Until then, don't be afraid to ask a peer or a colleague, for example through your team's Slack channel.

I'm having IT issues not addressed here. Who can help me?

Join our IT office hours during Onboarding week, or submit a ticket via HelpSpot to our IT department.

I have an idea for a connection event. Can I make a suggestion?

Most events are hosted by our culture team. Visit their Wiki page, and reach out to them with your idea. There are many opportunities for you to become involved in hosting an event!
