When a user is able to access a course, but the course pop-up window does not load for the user and shows either a blank gray screen or a review mode message, reset the user's scorm attempt.
To reset a user's scorm attempt:
- Go to the relevant course page.
- Click the Click here to access - [course name] course link.
- Clickthe Reports tab.
- Search for the affected user by clicking on their initials.
- Select the checkbox beside the affected user's name and click Delete selected attempts.
- Click OK in the pop-up window to confirm the deletion.

The course content should load for the user now. If it still doesn't, get the user to clear their browser cache and cookies.
