Reset a user's scorm attempt

When a user is able to access a course, but the course pop-up window does not load for the user and shows either a blank gray screen or a review mode message, reset the user's scorm attempt.

To reset a user's scorm attempt:

  1. Go to the relevant course page.
  2. Click the Click here to access - [course name] course link.
  3. Clickthe Reports tab.
  4. Search for the affected user by clicking on their initials.
  5. Select the checkbox beside the affected user's name and click Delete selected attempts.
  6. Click OK in the pop-up window to confirm the deletion.

The course content should load for the user now. If it still doesn't, get the user to clear their browser cache and cookies.
