# View a report

Depending on your role and permissions, you'll have access to different reports. 

For example, facilitators see different reports than managers, etc. You can find the reports you have access to in the main navigation menu. Below you'll see the menu item to look for based on your role.

### Manager Reports

1. To see what reports you can access as a manager, click on **"Team Reports"** in the main menu

2. This will show you all the reports you can access.

3. Click on the report you're interested in viewing

- **Note: **These reports will only look at your direct reports (this is based on data from Workday)

### L&D Facilitator Reports
