Activities get orphaned when the "-" sign is clicked during the editing of a course. If you see activities showing up as Orphaned activities when they shouldn't be, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Navigate to the relevant course.
2. Click the Turn editing on button at the top right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click the "+" sign to make an orphaned activity available. If you have multiple activities that are orphaned, you'll need to click the same "+" sign for every orphaned activity.
