How to Submit a Request to Get Content onto Learn@HubSpot Live (aka PlusPlus)

Please email Learn@HubSpot.com with your request. Make sure to include the information below. 
  • Who would be the main point of contact for this project?
  • How do you want to use the platform?
    • The platform is primarily used to host events and tracks (aka learning paths) at this time, but depending on the use case, we can explore the platform's ability to streamline operations for mentorship programs (1:1) and office hours (1:many). 
    • Learn more about events, tracks, mentorship, and office hour functionality. 
  • What is the timeline for launching this project?
  • Who is the target audience?
  • Should these training events be visible to other folks in the business?
  • Are folks supposed to enroll in these events themselves or do you need them to be auto-enrolled based on Workday attributes (ex. Hire date, position, etc)?
  • What type of in-person sessions will you be hosting in Learn@HubSpot LIVE?
    • Is this a series of events or one-off events?
  • Do you need notifications? If so, which ones are you hoping to use? (This can be enrollment notifications, reminders, feedback, etc. We will also review this if/when we meet in the future.)
