Instead of having to manually enroll users one by one into a course, program, or certification, you can do a bulk enrollment via an audience list.
Enroll an Audience in a Course or Program
There are two ways to enroll Audience in a course or program: either through the Audience's settings or the Course/Program's settings.
Enroll an Audience in a Course or Program via the Audience Settings
1. In Learn@HubSpot, click the settings gear icon in the top right corner, then click Audiences.
Please note: you can also navigate to Audiences by selecting it from the Site Administration menu on the left sidebar menu found on any course page.
2. Search or scroll to find the audience you want to check.
3. Click the Audience's name.
4. Click the Enrolled learning tab.
5. Select "Add courses", "Add programs" or "Add certifications".

a. Choose the required learning items from the list to enrol every member of your audience.*
b. Click Save.
*Learning will be made available immediately to new HubSpotters once they're added to the audience (ex: any new hire that meets the criteria of your audience, will immediately be enrolled in the learning you select).
Please note: course deletion may take minutes to process, depending on audience size. Once completed, the course association will be removed from this audience.
Enroll an Audience in a Course via the Course Settings
1. Navigate to the course that you want to enroll an Audience in.
2. Select Edit settings under Administration on the left sidebar menu.
3. Under Enrolled Audience, click Add enrolled audiences.
4. In the pop-up box, search for the Audience list you want to add.
5. Click on the name of each audience to be added. The selected audience(s) will appear in the Items to add area on the right.

Warning: if you have enrolled audiences into a course, it does not mean that they automatically have visibility to the course. Please take note to check the Visibility settings under Audience-based visibility and make sure that visibility is not set to "No users".
7. Click Save and display.
Enroll an Audience in a Program via the Program Settings
1. Click the settings gear icon in the top right corner, then click Programs.
2. Search for and select the program you want to enroll an Audience in.
3. Click Edit program details.
4. Click the Assignments tab.
5. Click on the Add.. dropdown menu and click Audiences.

6. In the pop-up box, search for the Audience list you want to add.
7. Click on the name of each audience to be added. The selected audience(s) will appear in the Items to add area on the right.
8. Click Ok to complete the audience selection.
Enroll an Audience in a Certification via the Certification Settings
1. Click the settings gear icon in the top right corner, then click Certifications.
2. Search for and select the Certificatio you want to enroll an Audience in.
3. Click Edit certification details.
4. Click the Assignments tab.
5. Click on the Add.. dropdown menu and click Audiences.

6. In the pop-up box, search for the Audience list you want to add.
7. Click on the name of each audience to be added. The selected audience(s) will appear in the Items to add area on the right.
8. Click Ok to complete the audience selection.
