Check Your Course Completion

If you're seeing issues with your course completion. These are usually from a section within the course not being checked off or the site timing out. More details below!

Course sections aren't checked off:

  • You can open the training pop up again and confirm that every section is checked off: ​

If you're having difficulty finishing the "Solving For the Customer" section of the Code of Use Good Judgement course, please ensure that you watch the entire video in that section.

The system times out:

  • This can happen if you don't "x" out of the training pop up when you're done and the system signs you out.
  • You take your time with the training pop up open and Okta logs you out before you can complete the course

Unfortunately, this does mean you have to go through the content again.
