There may be times when a learner has completed a course but their course progress still shows as incomplete. It'd be best if the learner can provide a screenshot showing that they've finished the course.
Check a Learner's Course Progress
1. Navigate to the course you want to check.
2. Under Administration on the left sidebar menu, click the Reports dropdown menu.
3. Click Course completion.
4. Search for the user by using the letters of their first name or last name.

Pro Tip: after you've selected the initials, press Command + F (Mac users) or Control + F (PC users) and enter the name of the learner for a quicker search.
Edit a Learner's Course Progress
1. Navigate to the course you want to check.
2. Under Administration on the left sidebar menu, click the Reports dropdown menu.
3. Click Course completion.
4. Search for the user by using the letters of their first name or last name.
5. Select the checkboxes next to the activities that they've completed (you may need to do this for each activity).
Please note: you have to type in details about their course completion (for example: Course completed in Docebo OR Course completion system error).
