Sometimes, you might run into issues which require you to check who is listed as a learner's manager in Learn@HubSpot. An example is when a manager is not able to access their new hire's assessment information.
A learner's manager is listed in their user profile.
Check a Learner's Manager
1. In Learn@HubSpot, click the settings gear icon 
in the top right corner, then click Users.
Please note: you can also navigate to Users by selecting it from the Site Administration menu > Users > Browse list of users on the left sidebar menu found on any course page.
2. Search for the user you want to log in as.
3. Click the user's name to open and view their profile.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Job assignment.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see the manager name listed beside Manager field.
