A program is a planned and ordered series of courses (or sets of courses), with a specified time frame of progression. You can set the courses within the program as mandatory or optional for program completion, as well as control the order and flow in which learners fulfill them.
An example of a program is the HubSpot Foundations Flex (AMER), consisting of courses such as Inbound and the Flywheel and CRM and Hubs.
Learners can be enrolled in a programs individually or via an Audience list, with different completion criteria set for each group if required.
Add or Remove Courses From a Program
1. In Learn@HubSpot, click the settings gear icon in the top right corner, then click Programs.
2. Scroll to the bottom and Search for the program you want to edit.
3. Click the name of the program.
4. Click Edit program details.
5. Click the Content tab.
6. To add or remove a course:
- To add courses:
- Scroll down.
- Select Set of courses from the Add a new dropdown menu and click Add.
- Browse through the course categories or Search for a specific course in the pop-up box.
- Click on the name of each course to be added. The selected course(s) will appear in the Items to add area on the right.
- Click Ok to complete the course selection.
- To remove courses:
- Click the red "x" to remove a course.
