Engineering Onboarding Workshop
This workshop walks the new engineers through building a complete simple app on the HubSpot with both backend and frontend components to expose them to many of the core tools and technologies that are used throughout engineering at HubSpot, as well as completing some basic tasks with the HubSpot product. The goal of the program is to equip new engineers with the basic engineering skills they need to join their engineering team so they can hit the ground running.
Engineering Foundations
Your next step will be a Engineering-specific learning experience which will lay the foundation for role-specific education which you will receive through self-paced learning to ensure you have what you need to be successful in your role.
6 Month Plan
Your manager or mentor will provide you with a 6 month plan to help facilitate your first months at HubSpot. Your 6 month plan contains a basic framework of goals and milestones that can be applied to any engineering new hire.
